As general manager for Precise ͵ÅÄ͵¿ú’s British Columbia operations, Ashley’s responsible for the overall smooth running of our Vancouver and Kamloops offices, coordinating their client relations, monthly subscriptions, preventative and reactive maintenance, and enforcement activities in service of our clients’ business objectives.

She also works with our highest-profile clients in the region to make sure their operational needs are prioritized and receive the attention they deserve; this includes attending site tours to gain a greater understanding of the challenges they face, leveraging her connections within our marketing team to develop new collateral or other promotional materials, leading operational performance reviews so stakeholders can make better-informed decisions, and conducting product demonstrations to showcase how Precise ͵ÅÄ͵¿ú’s innovations support our clients’ parking operations.

What has defined Ashley throughout her career has been her commitment to hard work and her willingness to push through challenges to overcome obstacles. Through high school and into university, she worked in the food service industry while taking on part-time marketing work, and after graduating from Simon Fraser University’s Beedie School of Business with a Bachelor of Business Administration, Ashley continued to gain experience in this sector before moving on to other challenges. These have included spending a year in Australia and working for three months as a recruitment specialist in the not-for-profit sector in Perth, and exploring Southeast Asia before returning to Canada.

Ashley started working for Precise ͵ÅÄ͵¿ú in 2012, accepting a role as executive assistant to the regional manager before being promoted to area manager within two years. In 2018, she left Precise ͵ÅÄ͵¿ú to pursue a sales manager opportunity with the Sandman Hotel Group before returning a year later, and being promoted shortly after to the role of operations manager. In 2024, she was promoted to general manager for the region.

Her varied and international experience has taught her the value of loyalty, both to the teams she supervises and to a company that believes in her, and of integrity in her interactions with her coworkers and clients alike.

Ashley’s hard work — and the sense of accomplishment that results from completing a difficult task — follows her home from work too. She has tested her perseverance by completing several full- and half-marathons, as well as a sprint triathlon, and she’s showing no signs of slowing down. Never satisfied with sitting still, she practises yoga, hikes on backcountry trails, plays slow-pitch softball, and plays beach volleyball semi-competitively.
