The Client

Located at the northwest corner of Front Street and Spadina Avenue, The Well features 3,000,000 sq. ft. of retail, office, and residential space directly in the heart of downtown Toronto.

This world-class development was built in partnership between RioCan REIT and Allied Properties to deliver an urban environment centred around creativity and connectivity backed by the experience and market presence of a leader in Canadian commercial management sector.

The Well

The Challenges 

Located Construction of The Well was complicated by two main factors: it is diagonally opposed to the Rogers Centre and, prior to going live in 2022, it was the largest construction site in the Greater Toronto Area.

But it was also an incredible opportunity to design an uncompromising solution for a major commercial client to provide a premium parking experience for their users while simultaneously creating an important revenue generator for the facility. The prime downtown location makes The Well an attractive parking opportunity not only for visitors to the site, but to nearby attractions and destinations as well.The Solutions

ADM selected Precise ͵ÅÄ͵¿ú for our unique offering of industry-leading technology to automate day-to-day operations combined with specialized staffing to provide a further personalized, hands-on service.make sure that it never does.

Skidata gated parking equipment ensures ADM’s strict access control requirements are met while AVI technology improved traffic flow. Particularly impactful has been the roll-out of Precise ͵ÅÄ͵¿ú’s own Parkedin mobile payment solution, which lets users to pay securely and conveniently right from their smartphone.
