Job Summary:
Parking Ambassadors report to the Operations Manager and provide the day to day site specific parking operations, such as enforcement, general equipment maintenance, and event coordination. The working environment may be internal and/or external, which includes exposure to cold, dirt, vehicle exhausts, noise, dust, heat, odours, rain, and snow.
Location: Harrison Hot Springs
Employment: Seasonal Contract starting May 15th to September 15th 2024
Hours: Varies: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Compensation: $19.00 per hour
Mandatory Qualifications:
By-Law Enforcement, Security, and previous experience in parking operations are a plus; training will be provided
General knowledge of electronic equipment an asset
High school diploma
Job Responsibilities/ Duties:
Conduct daily inspections of all on-site parking equipment, ensuring equipment is fully operational
Basic equipment repairs as required
Perform foot patrols to ensure compliance of parking rules and regulations
Issue parking violations to parkers not adhering to posted rules and regulations
Preparation of incident and accident reports, as required
Client liaison
Maintain the stock level of supplies, e.g. ticket rolls, enforcement rolls, and stationery
Provide regular reports on lot status and general operations
Answer various questions and provide guests with directions and other parkade information as needed
Other duties as assigned
