Enhancing The User Experience At SmartVMC with IPARC

 one of Canada's largest real estate investment trusts, focuses on planning and developing mixed-use communities to reimagine their urban landscape. Several years ago, they selected Precise ͵͵ as their gated parking technology provider for SmartVMC—a community designed to enjoy residential and public spaces, as well as civic uses.

This mixed-use space is located at Vaughan's heart, next to the Vaughan Metropolitan Centre TTC subway at Jane Street and Highway 7. It will include an eight-acre urban park, European-style plazas, a collection of schools and community facilities, a public library and a full-service YMCA community centre. Comprised of 780 parking stalls, SmartVMC welcomes hundreds of visitors per day. 

Looking to provide customer-focused solutions, SmartVMC delivers a fully automated parking experience, from accepting a variety of digital payments to smart technology, including a gated system and EV charging service. 

SmartVMC has recently decided to take their parking experiences to the next level by integrating Precise ͵͵'s virtual customer service option-- IPARC (Interactive Parking Assistance and Response Centre) -- with their existing parking technology. Precise ͵͵'s IPARC solution has been integrated at SmartVMC parking facility payment points, including pay stations, entry and exit lanes.
