According to Google, mobile searches for the words “Near me” grew by 136% just last year alone. Google also noted that 97% of users search online for a local business—with 54% of those searches re-occurring once a month and 12% re-occurring daily.
Today, being online is the first step to success; the same applies to your parking lot. We asked Precise ͵͵'s Marketing and Communications Coordinator, Alex Borin, what’s the first thing you need to do to ensure your parking lot is online.
Q. What’s the first thing I need to do to ensure my parking lot is online?
A. To ensure your parking lot is online, develop a parking information webpage optimized for Google’s search algorithm. It is essential to include all the details about your parking lot, like the rates, accepted payment methods, hours of operation, amenities, photos of the parking lot, and more. Keeping your webpage updated with any new additions or changes to your lot is vital.
After setting up your webpage, you can further your visibility by registering your location with online maps and in-car navigation system.
