Job Summary:
The Electrical Engineer reports to the Director of Field Management Program & Project Coordinator
Location: 90 Floral Parkway, Toronto.
Employment: Full-time.
Compensation: Salary
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform a joint site inspection with the city officers (inspectors and examiners) as required
Complete and submit various application forms
Participate in the design of plans, preliminary estimations and details with the use of the guidelines for the projects
Preparation and execution of documents
Provide technical assistance and resolution when engineering problems are encountered
Other reasonable duties as assigned.
Able to work in the field as required by job duties
Requirements:
Must have B.Sc. Electrical Engineering
Must have knowledge in using AutoCAD
Must have Driver’s License of G2 or higher
Must have good knowledge of WORD, EXCEL, and POWERPOINT
Must have good communication skills
Recent university graduates will be strongly considered
Familiarity with personal computer operating systems.
Must have scheduling flexibility
Must have strong problem solving skills
Must be punctual, organized, and self-disciplined
Must be polite and have professional attitude
Positive, friendly, enthusiastic, energetic and personable
Ability to work independently and in team environment
